Grown in Guatemala’s highlands, our Coban coffee beans grow in some of the best conditions in the world. Known for its year-wide rains and light but persistent mist caused by high-altitude clouds, Coban offers a unique environment that comes out in every brew. Beans grow in a region that features a unique blend of clay and limestone in the soil while offering cool weather to go with plenty of shade. Beans take longer to dry due to the constant moisture, so farmers in the region work intensely to assure that every batch is perfectly made. Coban coffee is known for its medium-to-full body, a fruity acid flavor, and its distinctly floral aromas.
