We source our Ethiopian coffee beans from the country’s Sidamo region, located south of Addis Ababa. The area is the country’s southernmost, and most productive, province. These washed beans offer a fine balance of robust body and delicate acidity, and flavors that range from floral to sweet citrus. The cause is the region’s ideal growing conditions: high altitudes between 1600 and 1900 meters as well as temperate climates, steady rainfall, and soil that is uniquely rich in nutrients and minerals.
